VlowCore provides settlement infrastructure to fintechs, platforms, financial institutions and infrastructure providers. They settle digital assets across multiple blockchains, without locking themselves into one chain or letting protocol fees per transaction constrain their model.
What we believe
Digital value should move as reliably as information.
The internet has moved the complexity of transferring information into the background. That is not yet true for digital value. Organisations are still constrained by separate networks, protocol fees and technical fragmentation.
VlowCore was built on the conviction that this is an infrastructure problem. That is why we do not bet on a single winning blockchain, but build neutral settlement infrastructure that gives organisations room to operate across multiple chains.

Responsible for VlowCore’s strategic product vision and long-term development. Connects technology, market development and business strategy, translating market developments into fundamental product decisions.

Hicham Batou
Responsible for VlowCore’s technical vision, architecture and delivery. Safeguards the core architecture, protocol security, and the quality and scalability of the technology. Translates the long-term strategy into technical decisions and development priorities.

Aquelino Figueiredo Silva Almeida
Responsible for broader business development, institutional networks and strategic partnerships. Also brings the perspective of large public-sector organisations and client-side decision-making.
