Collateral is locked on-chain once. VlowCore then processes state updates off-chain, cryptographically validated and without a protocol fee per transaction.
Only the final state is committed on-chain, if needed on another base chain. The blockchain remains the finality layer, not the bottleneck for every individual movement.
